這幾天胃一直很不舒服,看了雀巢HA孕媽百科懷孕小提示才知道這叫做胃灼熱(英:heartburn,所以也叫火燒心,日:胸焼け/胃食道逆流)
孕婦常有胃灼熱的感覺,因黃體素會降低腸胃蠕動速度,讓食物停留在胃部的時間變長;而黃體素也會讓胃上方阻止食物流回食道的瓣膜鬆弛,使得胃部的食物刺激到時到而引起燒灼感。
我以前很少有這種情形,現在能體會那些老是喊胃不好朋友的痛苦了
晚上洗澡時明顯的覺得食物還在胃裡翻騰,很多嗝(懷孕比平常時還會打嗝)

查了台、日、美各國的解決方法

共通點:少量多餐、睡前三小時勿在進食、吃飽勿馬上躺下、睡覺時把枕頭調高過肩、勿攝取碳酸飲料、咖啡因、穿寬鬆衣服、

 

日本方面:吃肉前可以先喝牛奶或吃優格墊胃。

美國方面:

除了胃灼熱,我口水分泌依然多,尤其在刷牙之後,大多我都會吐掉,平常有時會不自覺的流太多還會被嗆到><"

不知道是日本比較乾燥還是我們晚上冷氣室開有除濕功能,我鼻屎比孕前多,不過我帶還挺享受挖大塊鼻屎的樂趣,早上擤鼻涕都會有大片的出來很有成就感柳~(噁)
